ABOUT/CONTACT US
Unlike most game developers, Lincolnsoft's mission isn't just "to create good games". It's more than that. The idea for Lincolnsoft started out this way. I never meant Lincolnsoft to be just another game developer. I meant it to be one that will promote Abraham Lincoln, his morals and ideals, and his vision and his dream for America and the world. I meant it to be one that will help influence and/or change the world to be closer to the one Lincoln had envisioned. I meant it to be one that will help Lincoln's dream come true. Over the past few years it has evolved into what it is now.

For Lincoln

This is the main Lincolnsoft mission - to promote Abraham Lincoln, his morals and ideals, and his vision for America and the world. Lincolnsoft places its biggest emphasis on Abraham Lincoln and it would not exist without him. Why would I call it Lincolnsoft if it didn't have anything to do with him?

For Games

Lincolnsoft's mission isn't just to create good games. It's to create fun games. It's to create games like they did in the old days, concentrating on gameplay, replay value, and challenge, instead of graphics, FMV, and eyecandy. Lincolnsoft believes that most of today's games are boring - concentrated on ooh-wow-3D graphics and reality instead of being concentrated on things like gameplay, level design, action, and challenge - the things that make games fun. This doesn't mean that we won't try to make our games look good, it just means that, as far as games go, we'll try to concentrate most on making games that play good, while still fulfilling the main Lincolnsoft mission for Lincoln.
